You cried when Your friend Lazarus died. You know how we feel, too. Please comfort us. Help us to realize that life on earth is the beginning, not the end. Your love and mercy surround Your children here, and You go with us through death to eternal life. Thank you for Kitty and the love she gave us. Thank you for the joy she brought into our lives. We know that if there is an animal heaven she's there with You. Help us as we grieve to hold onto happy memories.
